The institution has a staff counsel with students by phone and also in person during the residence seminars-regarding their spiritual and psychological development. In addition, the institution makes counseling referrals to its Field Directors and local pastors and needed.

Upon the Establishment of its traditional residence program there will be made available to the student all appropriate student life services and activities which will be provided by an Office of Student Development.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the Code of Conduct of World Trinity America Theological University.

Students who exhibit behavior which is in conflict with this Code of Conduct are subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal. The Student Code of Conduct is included in preliminary form in the Student Handbook.
